Maybe Fogle doesn't come across as being a particularly likable dude (perception), but not sure he deserves this insinuation without something more substantive in terms of proof. There's probably enough to worry Subway and cause them to cut ties, but how many times has someone made a comment about a 16 year old or 17 even on SoxTalk...and ended up having a woman getting a secret microphone and copying all their messages to the FBI? Would any of this be happening if he wasn't worth $15 million or whatever and someone is jealous/envious and trying to knock him off his pedestal? I think there was a reason the world knew the FBI was at Jared's house, and I don't think it was his neighbors alerting the media. They, more than likely, have some real damning stuff against him. If he did talk to the women about his "fetish" even if he didn't act, it would be enough for him not to be a spokesman for my company. I know this is the USA, innocent until proven guilty, but you can connect some dots, and realize something was more than likely happening that shouldn't happen. And realize not all criminals wind up in jail. I never recalled people mentioning how OJ's life was ruined 20 years ago being accused of something for which he was found not guilty. They have 14 victims he will give $100k each, and he has agreed not to ask the judge for less than 5 years, while prosecutors have agreed to ask for no more than 12.5. He deserves more than 12.5.
