ChiliIrishHammock24
Man, I had no idea that Tim Anderson was over .300 on the year. After today, he is hitting .307 with 40!! steals. He only had 10 steals last season... The dude still has no idea how to draw a walk though. Only 19 on the year.

Dunt
I'm really interested to see what the Sox have in Maiker Feliz. He has an exceptional BB% for a 17 year old. Zangari looking like a really nice pick so far, good to see some power come into the system.
Boopa1219
QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Aug 3, 2015 -> 10:43 PM) Adolfo is back! He had a problem with his hamstrings

I totally agree with you, but walk rates should come with a grain of salt in that league. There was a game I remember where the Sox walked 16(!) times. royoung
QUOTE (BlackSox13 @ Aug 3, 2015 -> 10:02 PM) Slaughter rule must have been 20. Asheville's Yonathan Daza went 5-7 and raised his average .267 to .288 over the course of that GAME. LOL
royoung
QUOTE (BlackSox13 @ Aug 3, 2015 -> 06:28 PM) Anderson 1-1 Delmonico HR Just wrote in Delmonico's capsule that he needs to start hitting home runs again if he wants to be considered an option. Boom. Well done Nick.

But he has four of those walks over the last ten games. He definitely seems to be turning a corner.

LOL Lol, definitely not a good day for Kanny pitching. royoung
QUOTE (bmags @ Aug 4, 2015 -> 09:11 AM) Jose Abreu has 23 walks this year. Good point. Anderson definitely won't ever be a huge walk guy, but he doesn't need to be.
Dunt
It's so incredibly odd to see the Sox allowing Anderson to develop at a normal pace. Like, of any position prospect they've had over the last decade, he is one of very few to actually be playing above the level of play he is at and not getting aggressively promoted. Kinda refreshing honestly.
