Hinrich actually pushed us up the court better than any other point guard, Brooks does this but then gets to the 3pt line and doesn't know what to do. The offense could be there. Woulda been sweet to get Ty Lawson as a backup PG like the rockets have.

Brooks tear his hammy or something? As much as I complain about Brooks, he has a spot (as a guy who can be instant offense). You just have to know that some nights you have to use that leash real quick on him. I was confused as to why he came back in the game after he pulled up limp and do think that if Thibbs had done it everyone would be blasting him (for putting him back out their).

I was really surprised the trainers cleared him to come back out (given that we are talking about a regular season game).

Moore also not playing well. Would love trade Taj for backup guard help.

I'm all for trading a big (maybe not Taj, he has been great so far) for a guard/wing, but I think Moore has been great. One bad game doesn't change that.

Anyway, I think Gibson has been spectacular. I guess we forgot how he plays when healthy. Last season I was fine with trading him. Now I'm not.

I'd trade Gasol (doesn't really fit the system) or Noah (high value right now) before Taj.

Do we really need a wing that desperately? A true point guard, sure, but a wing, I don't know. Between Butler, MJD, Dougie, and Snell, I'd say we have those minutes covered. Would it be nice to have a better 2, absolutely, but I don't know that I am a big advocate of moving a big, especially knowing that Pau is older, and Noah/Gasol have had injury issues. I am fine with the roster as is for now (with exception of the PG spot) and I also understand at some point, Portis will get some minutes (when a big gets hurt / when we give some of our bigs days off). I think right now we are trying to build chemistry and thus not giving days off, but as the season goes on, I expect some Pop like healthy inactives from our starters / bigs.

Bulls need a dominant scorer. I don't think it necessarily has to come from the wing position as I think Jimmy is good enough to create offense at the wing. I actually would want to get all new bigs outside of Portis and Mirotic as they are getting old and pricey.

I remember in the 90s thinking it was kinda weird how big a deal it was for other fans to watch and see the bulls play. I feel like the warriors are at that level of interest now, where everyone is watching their game and knows when they come to town.

A dominant scorer would be nice, but you aren't getting that dangling our bigs.

They're better than the 90's Bulls. The 3-pointer puts them at another level. Could you imagine if they played with a reduced line like the bulls did for a few of those years? G.A.M.E.O.V.E.R!

LOL. The Bulls would crush them.

Who on that team would even stand a chance of containing Jordan? Especially playing by today's rules. He'd score 50 a night with 20+ free throws. Jordan, Pippen and Rodman would be able to shut them down. Rodman would probably pull down 25+ rebounds.
