OmarComing25
QUOTE (Lip Man 1 @ Sep 22, 2015 -> 04:46 PM) Agreed. However it does give teams the impression that if they can get Shark away from the clown college known as the White Sox, he could turn it around. The talent obviously is there. Mark Really? So the White Sox ruined Samardzija? I understand we've had some bad luck with other players coming here and having bad years, but that's mostly been on the position player side. We do pretty well with pitchers for the most part, Jeff being an obvious exception.
Bob Sacamano
Samardzija switched agencies today. No way he accepts the QO.

BlackSox13
QUOTE (soxfan2014 @ Sep 22, 2015 -> 05:33 PM) Samardzija switched agencies today. No way he accepts the QO. I was about to chime in and say the same thing. Switching agents most certainly means he's going to free agency and the Sox extend the QO to which Samardzija refuses. II happily admit that I was wrong to think about not extending the QO.

Mark I don't think the White Sox pitching staff is widely regarded as a clown college. In fact, the White Sox have a very positive reputation around baseball in working with and getting the most of out their pitchers.
