Looks like you're right.

I have casually noticed that he tends to get hit the hardest the second time through the lineup, and these numbers support that claim.

And with that lack of offense yet again the Sox have guaranteed themselves another non-winning season.

 

Best they could do would be to go 81-81 if they won out.

 

And..that..isn't..happening.

 

THAT'S THE 23RD TIME THE SOX HAVE ALLOWED AN OPPONENT THREE RUNS OR LESS...AND LOST!

 

Wow!

 

Bottom five guys in the lineup all hitting .250 or less.
