Are you sure about that? This story from WLS-TV claims the organ in question is the "old organ from the ballpark". Maybe there's more than one organ.

Yes. Google NNcy Faust organ and you will see pictures of her in her booth. The organ isn't wooden., and is the same one being used now. The email the White Sox sent said it was her home practice organ that was for sale.
