I'd be willing to sacrifice that pick for Davis/Upton but we have no idea how good the player chosen there will be and that's not really the point anyway. Wherever he goes that team and the players around him in the lineup go to a different level. Would love to see the Sox aggresively pursue him. dpd9189 Posted December 14, 2015 Share Posted December 14, 2015 I don't think the Sox can make any big/decent sized signings without getting money off the books. Even if Fowler was an option I don't think they can afford him right now. That being said, Fowler is a nice player but I wouldn't sign him for more than 2 years.
