Good idea NorthSideSox72 and I'd say you've got everyone in the right spot except I'm not sure about Trey starting at Birmingham.

10 things I'm really looking forward to next season.

1- When will Montas get his next callup and in what capacity. If all goes well with the Sox I'm hoping Montas can spend the season at Charlotte as a starter and be a September callup again. Charlotte should be an interesting challenge for him.

2- Fulmer's development as a starting pitcher. I have to keep reminding myself that he only has one full season as a starter under his belt so I'm trying not to expect too much while he progresses through the minors.

3- Spencer Adams. Strike thrower, good stuff, great composure on the mound and he's a Georgia boy. I'm biased due to my wife being from Georgia, what can I say.

4- Jordan Guerrero. I loves me some south paws. Have only seen a few short clips but after struggling in a few outings after his initial call up he seemed to find his rhythm and pitched pretty well at Winston-Salem.

5- the killer ZZ's in Zangari and Zavala. I'm just going to sit back and follow with no expectations.

6- Tim Anderson. I expect AAA to be a bit of a challenge at first but I think he will gradually adjust to the pitching and faster pace of the game. I think the key word for Sox fans is patience. Don't panic if the kid struggles, he's still quite young and hasn't been playing baseball very long.

7- Jacob May. Imo, Juan Pierre 2.0 and that ain't bad. Like Anderson, it will be interesting to see how he responds to better pitching at AAA. The little guy can fly and should be fun following him for another season.

8- Adam Engel- we know the tools exist so its just a question of has he turned the corner with his AFL performance? I'll take the patient wait and see approach.

9- Trey Michalczewski- He's the one guy on the list I'm not so sure starts at AA. His BA left something to be desired at Winston-Salem but if the Sox feel he's ready for Birmingham then so be it. I won't complain.

10- Eddy Alvarez- a great guy and a fun player to follow. What's not to like?

I think its funny that you ask "yours?" as if someone is really equipped with the knowledge to even begin a projection like this.

What does the asterisk next to some player denote?

Which team in the Sox org do you think will have the most success this year? I think its obvious the Barons have the most "prospect talent", but I know that doesn't really mean much for team success. Charlotte had a winning record last year, think they can build on that? How do the Dash look to make the playoffs again in 2016?

I think they start him in 2016 and see if it works. Look at it like the year that guys like Nate Jones or JB Wendelken spent starting. Then they decide if he goes to relief, which is probably likely.

All the info is out there - I wasn't using any insider stuff to make the depth charts. Though I suppose I may be one of the few geeky enough to attempt it, haha.

Asterisk are LHP.

I think BHAM will perform best as a team. But I think Kanny may be the most "exciting", if you will.

That happens when you develop pitching well. Hitting on the other hand....I'll leave it at that.

can you imagine if they were able to get 25% of that success in hitting.

but no matter how good of instruction you have, they have to draft well.

that has improve a lot.

Some thoughts...

You don't have Nick Delmonico on your list - you think they skip him over to re-sign Alfredo Simon?

Tago to AAA is interesting I could see that, though it's a pretty big jump.

I thought Devon Davis was released.

Jarvis had a poor showing in Great Falls. It seems hard to believe, especially since he is still pretty young, that they'd jump him to full season and leave behind guys like Strong and Mendick. And I have a hard time seeing Sikes Orvis getting a full-time DH role when there are positional prospects who need the reps.

I did skip Delmonico. Oops, my mistake. That said, I think he starts the year in AA at 1B with Trey at 3B. If Delmonico does well, then a quick promotion to AAA. I could see Barnum repeating A ball again.

Gotta challege Tago. I believe he's turning 24, so I think putting him in AAA in a hitters park would be a good test.

Was Davis released? I thought I would of caught that. He made it up to AA before struggling there and going to Kanny.

For Jarvis, I think it's good to challenge him. I think that team can be really good and really young for that level.. It would be a good test, and you know Sox like to be aggressive with assignments. In terms of Orvis, you're right, I just saw some power that he could bring to the team.

Davis is still with the org as far as I know.
