Vance Law
The Dodgers are the one team with simply too many guys for their roster. Someone has to move. Though I'm not sure of the options situation on Trayce, Enrique Hernandez, Alex Guerrero. And Hernandez plays infield as well. I feel like they'd pay 90% Crawford's salary and move him for a minor league reliever just to free up the roster spot.
bmags
Remember when we didnt really want to go into 2016 starting TT and now we are talking about trading for him again and would be super pumped.

Vance Law
QUOTE (Y2JImmy0 @ Mar 1, 2016 -> 10:34 AM) Like everyone else, I'd love Scott Van Slyke or Josh Redick. Should be interesting but these are the names that I'll be monitoring as the spring goes on. Van Slyke?? He's the weak side of a platoon. Career .707 OPS against right handed pitching. caulfield12
It was an oblique, right? http://www.cbssports.com/mlb/eye-on-baseba...r-several-weeks Doubtful they would make any type of move with Jackson until they see that Dyson has a recurring problem that will drag on into the regular season. This means they'll give Travis Snider and Orlando more playing time, but they're probably okay going with that strategy. At the beginning of December, I thought they were going to pick up both Parra and Jackson and end up losing out on Gordon, so who knows, they've already spent $200 million in new contracts since the off-season started. And there is a pretty good relationship there with Boras since he reps Hosmer and Moustakas.

Princess Dye
I dont think we can really afford to give any pitching. As is we are counting on Latos to find old form and Erik Johnson is about right as a first man up from the minors role. Not worth counting on him for more than that. YouCanPutItOnTheBoardYES!
Carter Capps is most likely having Tommy John Surgery in the near future, so the Marlins need another reliever or two. Princess Dye
Rollins and Latos were characterized here as financial stretches of payroll. Hmm. Well that explains the decision not to bring back Alexei then, if they were truly right up against things payroll wise. http://m.whitesox.mlb.com/news/article/166...etitive-in-2016

Well that explains the decision not to bring back Alexei then, if they were truly right up against things payroll wise. http://m.whitesox.mlb.com/news/article/166...etitive-in-2016 "I probably irritated [White Sox chairman] Jerry [Reinsdorf] at multiple times this offseason in terms of pushing and trying to keep the focus on potentially stretching for things that were beyond our means," Hahn said. "He's as competitive as anybody, so when we had the opportunity to improve ourselves with Latos or recently with Rollins, we were able to make that stretch. "I'm guessing somewhere on a few occasions this offseason, he was probably a little tired of hearing from me about stretches beyond our means," Hahn said.
