RG3 to Cleveland

*snicker*

With the move more than likely meaning they won't draft Goff/Wentz, and San Fran now the only team likely to take a QB in the top 10, would you go QB in the first? Has there ever been a top 15 pick taken to be a backup for a year or 2?

Browns will still draft Carson Wentz at #2

I am 100% convinced if Wentz / Goff are there when Bears are on the clock, we are picking. I also wouldn't be shocked if we ended up with Lynch. I think we are getting QB somewhere in first two rounds.

No chance Bears draft Lynch at 11. I could see Bears draft Hackenberg or Prescott in rounds 2-3.

Also, Browns will still take Wentz or Goff at 2 imo.

No way, i dont see any way the bears waste a first round pick on one of those QB's

Pace supposedly loves Wentz. He would take him at #11. He'll be gone though. This would shock some people but I think if Elliott is on the board, they'll probably take him depending on what else is there.

I am not shocked at all. I think we go offense (QB / RB / OT), cb or trade down. I don't think we will like any of the pass rushers at the position (unless say a Buckner or Bosa fell and I don't see that happening) enough @ 11 (vs. other areas), plus with the depth on the line, you probably are better suited at that point waiting and selecting later.

I thought they would take Elliott after they weren't able to get Anderson. Before that happened I would have been shocked but not now.

Taking Elliott that high would make me lose all faith in Pace.

Its a bad value for a RB unless you think he's the next Marshall Faulk, which he might be. I actually think he's gone before the Bears draft.

I think the Bears need to look at the secondary and LB position in the first round.

Exactly, he might be that good but this roster isn't strong enough to draft a running back that high right now.

To me, the Bears barely have a starting quality DB on the roster. That's not good.

Laurinaitis was PFF second worst graded ILB last year.

Cook hasn't caught a TD in 19 games.

Long hasn't been healthy in three years and is 30.

Big name players, but little production. I can see why the Rams cut them.
