Have you ever seen Teddy Bridgewater?

Honestly, I think I saw a split second and immediately turned away so I didn't look close enough at anything other then how messed up the knee was (didn't see skin color, etc, nor did I analyze it cause it was so nasty).

so did Braverman win the starting slot job now or what

I said around draft time that he'd be starting by week 8 or so but at this point it doesn't appear there is a roster spot available for him. I think they try to get him through waivers and onto the practice squad. I think someone claims him though.

Meredith had a pretty good preseason, that hurt Bravermans chances a lot. i think they try and sneak him through waivers too

This what Brad Biggs wrote today about Braverman:

Wide receivers (6): Alshon Jeffery, Kevin White, Eddie Royal, Marc Mariani, Josh Bellamy, Cameron Meredith

Note: I don’t see how the Bears can keep seventh-round draft pick Daniel Braverman. He made some plays early in training camp but the team has two other slot receivers in Royal and Mariani. Given a chance to make some plays in the return game, Braverman looked inexperienced. Maybe he returns to the practice squad but I don’t see a spot for him on the 53 when Meredith can serve as a backup on the outside and had a more productive summer. Bellamy will be counted on to be one of the top special teams performers. This group can be very good if the top of the depth chart remains healthy.

I wish we could upgrade over mariani, but not that dudes fault that his basic competence at every position is outshining the others. Says more about them and our inability to find a KR (I assume that's the main concern?)
