If you were allotted one WS Championship....

If in your whole life, you would get 1 and only one World Series title, would you use it up this year, when we all desperately want it, or would you save it until your older, when you can appreciate it more? At 16, I don't think that I'd use it up right now, which would only entail a lifetime of failures.

Yeah, but you would know the failure was coming so you would never get your hopes up.

Does he? You may want to look into his career playoff BA and other similar situations. Hes a loser.

He's a loser?

Was he a loser when he won the MVP award?

Was he a loser when he was the highlight of all those Sox down seasons?

He battled back from injury, he never quit. Granted, he still isn't the Frank Thomas of old, and I honestly don't expect him to be the Frank Thomas of the old again.

How many times has Frank been in the postseason? Definately not enough to deem him a loser.

Frank has done too much for this city. Then what does the city do to him? They call him a loser. We have such GREAT citizens
