Look at the details there.

 

#1, half of that is their ownership share of the network. So they really aren't getting $200m a year, they are getting $100m in broadcast fees. Seeing as the White Sox already have their share of the network that isn't happening, and with the impending exit of the Cubs, the CSN network is about to be worth a whole lot less.

 

#2, speaking of the Cubs, Philly owns the entire city for baseball, the White Sox don't. Even in the middle of rebuilding the Phillies pulled a 3% share of televsion's in their market, while the White Sox pulled a league worst 0.79.
