fathom
Jackson flies open so much on his swing. Looks like he's trying to hit a homer way too much.

soxforlife05
QUOTE (hi8is @ Apr 25, 2016 -> 05:51 PM) He's settling in a bit more... Still haven't seen much I like yet stuff wise. He's not an overpowering pitcher. His success is from locating his pitches. If he gets squeezed or an inconsistent strike zone he will get hit. Good news is he didn't let that one inning get out of control like Danks would. Edited April 25, 2016 by soxforlife05
pettie4sox
He just needs to walk the big 3 and pray he gets out on the rest of the 6.
BaconOnAStick
Gonzalez has looked good against everyone except Donaldson, Bautista, and Encarnacion. Those three can put up like 9 runs amongst themselves.

BigHurt3515
Our offense looks good for a half of an inning and then goes back to sucking. Last 8 have been retired

chitownsportsfan
QUOTE (Feeky Magee @ Apr 25, 2016 -> 07:31 PM) Is there any proof that career numbers versus a specific team actually mean anything? Always see them quoted, just seems like it'll mostly be random variance to me, unless they have a consistent offence that has a particular skillset you exploit well right, only thing he had going for him was being right handed. soxforlife05
Gonzalez actually looks ok he gets more K's than I expected. Just needs to be more careful with the guys that can hurt you.

chitownsportsfan
QUOTE (soxforlife05 @ Apr 25, 2016 -> 08:02 PM) Gonzalez actually looks ok he gets more K's than I expected. Just needs to be more careful with the guys that can hurt you. Him and Latos look similar at first glance. Decent movement, not overwhelming stuff or control. Thing is, this lineup is legit.
