You need to look no further than the Devil Rays to see the impact a solid X-O's manager can make. 2K3 60-94, 4.92 era, 725 OPS, 783 OPS vs 2K2 55-106, 5.29 era, 704 OPS, 818 OPS vs We need to find someone like Pinella.
