BigHurt3515
QUOTE (KyYlE23 @ May 11, 2016 -> 02:08 PM) .....or what? He will be sorry? Or he cost us our challenge in the 4th inning on a HBP.. Which he just did.
Dick Allen
I am not watching this on TV, but if Navarro said it hit him, it hit him. Whether the replay shows enough evidence is the question.
chw42
I'll take the double over the HBP.

chw42
QUOTE (aryzner @ May 11, 2016 -> 02:09 PM) Farmer and DJ both said he definitely was hit by that pitch. Was he? I think it did, but there wasn't enough video evidence to really overturn it. It's a hard one to challenge to begin with.
almagest
QUOTE (aryzner @ May 11, 2016 -> 02:09 PM) Farmer and DJ both said he definitely was hit by that pitch. Was he? Hawk said it did too. I have a mediocre quality feed so I couldn't tell.
OmarComing25
QUOTE (chw42 @ May 11, 2016 -> 02:08 PM) Ugh we never win challenges. When was the last one we won?
Kyyle23
QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ May 11, 2016 -> 02:09 PM) Or he cost us our challenge in the 4th inning on a HBP.. Which he just did. Farrell showed you dont need a challenge. You can just tell the umpires they will review it, and they will
he gone.
QUOTE (BrianAnderson @ May 11, 2016 -> 12:53 PM) His K:BB is right in line with Keuchel thus far. Still striking out 1 per inning. It's also better than Latos (though not surprising seeing as that's not what Latos is known for) However, just saying, I don't think this is a good matchup for us today. If I were to step back -- I'm calling: Rangers 7 Sox 2 Hamels goes 7 innings. Strikes out 8, Walks 2. 2ER Latos goes 6, 5ER And I'm pretty good at stepping back and being smart on this - so i'll eat crow if im wrong - but I'm like 90% betting on the Sox this year (yesterday being one of my few losses --- wasn't fun waking up thinking I had won $$ and actually lost money....) Hey, that's why we play the game. Go Go Sox, keep beating up on Hamels!

Dick Allen
What is amazing is how many replay challenges wind up pretty much not enough evidence to overturn. (I think the 2 extra cameras thing they floated to Hawk is BS as I have walked around USCF plenty, and haven't seen extra cameras anywhere for replay purposes only). Dick Allen
QUOTE (SoCalSox @ May 11, 2016 -> 02:11 PM) Saladino has got 1 pitch in the strike zone in two at bats, yet somehow has two Ks. That's why he has 2 k's . His next walk will be his first of the season. His OBP is lower than his batting average.
