Ynoa's control is about as predictable as Miguel Cleto's...well, maybe not THAT bad. But I wouldn't bet on it being Ynoa. Too inexperienced.

I hope you're right. Looking at boxscores some nights, he blows games left and right.

I'd be down for one of the Charlotte starters being in the pen and put up some innings when Rodon and Gonzalez have short outings. The "good pen" guys- Albers, Duke, Jones, Putnam- have to be protected more.

And now that Ranaudo is there, maybe he's starting again.

I think it's just Webb. His 15 days is up today which is why they wouldn't have been able to announce anything yesterday.

Didn't realize it's been that long already. Makes sense too.

Sale has a legit shot at winning 20 games this year. Pretty cool.

Given what we've seen so far - he's got a legit shot at 30 :P

Sportscenter just did a good segment on the Sox success. Kicked it off with a lame Laroche segment but Kurkijan put that to bed.

Have to imagine ESPN doing a longer segment on the Sox the same day they kickoff a series vs the Yankees isn't a coincidence, but I'll take it.

Dan Plesac in the booth this weekend for Steve, correct?

It seems Stone gets a weekend off each half. Usually he picks crappy cities for his time off. I guess the day off before and after were the motivation for this one.
