Cain couldn't do anything with Quintana's fastball, so...of course they speed up his bat. Terrible pitch selection/execution this inning so far. And, to top it off, Cleveland and KC are really starting to roll now. Moustakas is coming back. KC has a completely rested bullpen from the offday yesterday.
