InTheDriversSeat
http://www.chicagobusiness.com/article/201...ter-dropping-cw Crain's Chicago Business reports today that 'The CW' network programming is moving in the Fall of 2016 from Channel 9 WGN-TV to Channel 50 WPWR-TV. WGN-TV will become a total independent TV station. Therefore, White Sox games will no longer get moved to Channel 50 due to CW network programs airing weeknights on Channel 9 which are usually not allowed to be pre-empted. 'WGN Sports on my50' will no longer exist after the 2016 season. The article does not say where 'my network TV' (which currently airs on Channel 50) is going to air. Also, this change is unrelated to the demise of all Chicago sports and news at the start of 2015 on national cable network 'WGN America'. . chetkincaid
This makes me wish that the White Sox had moved to WGN radio instead of WLS. WLS is terrible.
