flavum
http://www.milb.com/scoreboard/index.jsp?c...mp;ymd=20160601 Carroll had a no-no through 5.
BigHurt3515
Hayes and Coats with HRs tonight. Davidson was 3-3, 2B, RBI, BB
caulfield12
All of the "villains" of recent weeks coming through today/tonight. Carroll, Albers and Abreu. What's the latest with Tim Anderson? Cold streak started finally?
maxjusttyped
Jason Coats is currently hitting .331/.394/.548. But it's a good thing we have Jerry Sands taking up a spot on the big league roster.
Y2Jimmy0
Is Chris Beck a reliever now? He came in in relief of Scott Carroll tonight.
caulfield12
Seems like it. Waiting for Jason Bourgeois to be recalled. Seems a better option than Leury in terms of having a little offense to his game and similar versatility and speed. Finally, Hayes and (especially) Coats keep hitting though, you have to give 'em that.
GreenSox
In over 700 at bats, Jason Bourgeois has never hit a lick in the majors. He's been awful. But he has a key trait that this front office highly values, and which the others don't have: he's 34 and has played in 7 major league seasons. You should get some cheese for that whine, since you have it so much
caulfield12
The thing about Jason is he's a veteran who knows exactly his place and role on an MLB team. It's a toss-up between him and Leury, although Saladino brings some of those same positives minus the ability to play CF. If you bring up Coats or Hayes, they should be given more opportunities than either of those two utility guys would ordinarily receive to establish themselves...Coats, in particular. Most importantly, we've never had a baserunner like a Gore/Dyson than can just automatically take 2nd/3rd as a PR in the late inning. That's super critical when you play so many 1-2 run games. That's why they should go with one of the first two options UNLESS they are serious about letting Coats or Hayes play at least 2/3rd's of the time. No, he's hit like a Major League utility player.
