caulfield12
And of course it all started with a WALK. Never fails. So much for our Q/Sale Cy Young 1-2 finish. Nice while it lasted.

Soxfest
We will now be 0-6 in last 6 division games. Just unreal Sox can't drive a run in from 3rd and 2 out runs given up the last 5 years collectively.
nathanbusch
Don't worry - they'll score 1 or 2 late when the game is completely out of reach
fathom
Robin's got to go. Tomorrow is the perfect time. If they don't think he's the issue, then you fire Steverson.
elrockinMT
QUOTE (flavum @ Jun 5, 2016 -> 07:10 PM) Gonzalez warming? Our new long relief man. I bet Purke goes down when Shields reports

harkness99
Someone has to go on the coaching staff period. It's not just that they are about go to 6-18 since their good start. It's that they are playing important divisional games and just looked horrendous.

caulfield12
3-12 just isn't going to get it done. The only thing we've been good for with our divisional opponents is setting them off on runs of winning baseball after they play us. First game of DH and they barely hang on by the skin of their teeth, subsequently lose 3 in a row and CLE looks like the best team in baseball rolling along with 5 consecutive victories (two via walkoff, the first against a potent Rangers' team that throttled them the first two games) and the Thursday debacle just stopped KC in its tracks. KC sweeps the White Sox. Tigers sweep the White Sox. 1/2 game from 4th now. To add insult to injury, it was Justin Upton...who didn't show much interest in getting an offer to play for the Sox. Swingandalongonetoleft
I can't watch this s*** anymore. They deserve to be roundly mocked when they come home (and I'm as far away from being a proponent of booing as it gets). I hope that it's 110 and very humid for the rest of the season anywhere they play, so that it's very uncomfortable and miserable for them.
fathom
QUOTE (elrockinMT @ Jun 5, 2016 -> 07:14 PM) Fathom get off that Ventura gate train. This stuff is on the players That's true for every manager/coach fire in the history of sports dealing with on field struggles. We've seen this Sox team suck far too often under Ventura. There's absolutely no harm in going in a new direction.
flavum
A real baseball team would have never hired Ventura 5 years ago. A real baseball team would have never given him an extension. A real baseball team would make a change in the middle of another under performing season. A losing homestand should give Renteria the job. Period. ChiliIrishHammock24
I haven't done this is a long time, but I'm officially turning off the game. Our aces can't even beat under .500 teams, so f*** IT ALL. Fire Robin, Fire Steverson, fire someone. I want f***ing blood. This is a brutal trainwreck.
