Jake
Is anyone here familiar with contract law? I'd be curious whether a person who is highly intoxicated can have their agreement to a contract invalidated.
pettie4sox
How is a rapist a f***ing hero? Then again people thought Zimmerman was a hero for getting his ass kicked and shooting a kid after the fact.

DrunkBomber
I honestly am surprised nobody has offed Zimmerman yet.
Balta1701
Per some bits of the police report he also texted photos of the victim's body to some of his friends on the night of, using one of those "non-photo-storing" apps. The text portion was still displayed on his phone when the police took him in. "Whos t*t is that".

I'd be curious whether a person who is highly intoxicated can have their agreement to a contract invalidated. My insurance agent mentioned that if he knows someone is drunk he can not write a policy. I'm not certain if that is state law or company policy.
farmteam
Just read about this case from the University of Minnesota. The guy eventually got 6 years but only after three women came forward on record. Just sickening. And his frat brothers who tried to get the victim to go away are just despicable. Makes me sick.
