MDL27
http://www.chicagonow.com/future-sox/2016/...-winston-salem/ Recap posted. Plenty of great starts on the farm, led by Marin and Adams. Michalczewski has a day while the Dash dig the long-ball in their victory.
ChiliIrishHammock24
Spencer Adams has now started 19 games in A+ Winstom-Salem across 2015-2016... 19 GS, 117 IP, 126 H, 3.23 ERA, 86 K, 24 BB, 6.16 K/9, 1.84 BB/9, 3.58 K/BB, 1.28 WHIP Not dominating, but he's performing strongly and he turn 20 less than 2 months ago. I'm wondering if this kid could reach AA by the end of this season as a 20-year-old. That would essentially put him on track for the big leagues as a 22 year old. Obviously thinking far ahead, but it's still some encouraging s*** to look at when you consider he is still going to be behind Fulmer, Burdi, and Hansen. Yes a few games he does but mostly not. He is far head though as only being 20 and he is very efficient with his pitches
winninguglyin83
Adam Engel has also quietly bounced back from his slow start and demotion. He's hitting .349 with an OBP of .453 in June. has 11 Walks to go with 13 Ks, driving in 9 runs while scoring 10. There's still hope.
