caulfield12
Big difference between Avila and Navarro defensively/game calling. Travis/Smoak (PH)/Carrera and Donaldson waiting for David Robertson. At least we don't have to face Bautista.
caulfield12
There's one pitcher that James Shields is better than, at least. Eric Surkamp of the A's is 0-5 on the season with a current 7.30 ERA.
caulfield12
White Sox at the point where they almost have to try Leury Garcia or Jason Bourgeois in CF. Shuck is just killing the Sox.
elrockinMT
QUOTE (fathom @ Jun 25, 2016 -> 03:49 AM) Biggest thing is he was going back to the base on the pitch. Anderson showed his inexperience on the play

Yeah, I'll be honest and rather he do that than take pitches that are strikes. Rather see him get a few good hacks each time up there.

caulfield12
Here we go again with our "ELITE" closer. Looks like another review. Saladino saved at least the tying run and maybe got the out at 3rd. Seems he was safe. Tagged on his side when his hands were already on the bag. Inconclusive. Saladino only needed to dive for the BAG, not the runner. MENTAL GAME. Would have been two outs, runners on 1st and 2nd.
