This hack is just down right embarrassing us right now.

Is it shocking? This team isn't a good hitting team. They always struggle against bad pitchers. Bruce Chen is one that comes to mind. He was awful but Cy Young against the Sox

Seeing Buxton struggle like this...the Twins' equivalent of watching Jon Rauch go from top prospect to nothing after the labrum surgery.

Q does a good job of stranding the runner. Gibson's been pretty good against the White Sox in his career, don't want them to get ahead 2-0 and start thinking negative thoughts of another "start that got away" for Jose.

It is a little bc if they can't hit these awful pitchers then it's time to make a change in the hitting coach or personnel.

I'm hoping the second time through the order the sox will not keep swinging and missing at the changeup

Yep, giving up on Avi means another "failure" by the Sox front office.

They cut guys like Latos/Rollins/Danks (not on Hahn), Bonifacio, Downs and Keppinger loose early, but Avi's been promoted from the very beginning as a key component of the retooling and definitely a part of the young core.
